Matt Steele is the Parliamentarian for District 89, working with the District Director on meeting policies and protocols. A member for 12 years, Matt has been in District leadership roles for the past 9 years, including District Director. He has completed two DTM awards, and is a founder of the Competitive Speakers Toastmasters Club. Beyond Toastmasters, Matt has previously lived in Hong Kong for 24 years, and now lives in the UK, opening and operating an independent bookshop.

Global Elite Toastmasters Club is chartered under Toastmasters International with a unique purpose of gathering members across a spectrum of sectors, industries, cultures, interests and locations around the world, who takes an interest in personal growth as well as empowering others. Currently, we meet online via zoom every 3rd Monday, 19:30 to 21:30 GMT/UTC+8.
